MLA College is proud to be recognised for our support of the Armed Forces Community by being awarded the Defence Employer Recognition Silver Scheme Award for 2024.
At MLA College, we are dedicated to supporting our employees who are currently serving in Reserve Forces, or have previously served in the Armed Forces, and their families. We acknowledge and appreciate the dedication and hard work of those who ensure our safety, freedom, and peace.

This award follows on from MLA’s previous receipt of the Defence ERS Bronze Award and the signing of the Armed Forces Covenant in January 2023 which saw Captain Jane Roe, Commanding Officer of HMS Raleigh, visit MLA College.
MLA also supports serving members, veterans, reservists and their families through it’s Armed Forces Discount Scheme.
