Ann joined MLA as a Programme Administrator (Partnerships) in July 2022.
Ann’s primary role is direct support to the Head of Programme Services. Whilst she is new to the education sector, she has several years’ experience in customer services and administrative duties. In April 2014 she enrolled on a BA Leadership and Management degree, so can empathise with students on the stress and difficulties in learning and completing modules and essays whilst working. Ann graduated in October 2018 with Hons and a certificate in Professional Management, and hopes her experience will help students with their journey.
