Captain Waldemar is a seasoned Master Mariner with extensive experience commanding vessels in some of the world’s most challenging environments, including the Polar Regions. With over 30 years of leadership at sea, he holds a Master of Science in Maritime Affairs and a Postgraduate in Shipping Management from the World Maritime University.
Transitioning from sea to shore, Captain Waldemar now contributes to MLA College as a Maritime Knowledge and Enterprise Fellow. In this role, he combines his deep maritime knowledge with a commitment to education, driving research, curriculum innovation, and industry collaboration.
